Wholesale Terms & Agreement

General Terms of Agreement:
To qualify for a wholesale discount, you must be a valid retail business, and by agreeing to our terms and conditions, you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store(s) you have listed. We prefer to wholesale to businesses with brick & mortar stores as their primary sales channel because Spooky Cat's direct e-commerce business may conflict with another web-only retailer.

Order Requirements:
We ask that you spend a minimum of $200 Total (plus shipping costs) on each order placed. Minimum quantities are six pieces per item/design. Due to high demands for seasonal products like Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, inventory may be limited.

Payment Information:
We accept payments via Credit Card and PayPal, and the transaction will be completed through Shopify's secured checkout. Orders must be pre-paid; we are not able to offer accounts at this time. No orders will be processed until payment is received in full, inclusive of the shipping cost of your goods. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement before processing and shipment. We cannot accept returns of unsold merchandise.
